These Contractor Terms govern applications to take work through chambe.ca. By submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
Who these terms are for
These Contractor Terms apply if you apply to take jobs through Chambé Inc. ("Chambé," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario.
Independent contractor
You are an independent business, not an employee or agent of Chambé Inc.. You are responsible for your own licences, insurance, WSIB coverage, taxes, and the quality of your work.
What you tell us
When you apply, you tell us about your trade, service area, licence, insurance, and WSIB status. You agree that this information is accurate, and that you will update us if it changes.
Jobs
Job leads are offers you may accept or pass. Any agreement about scope, price, timeline, materials, or workmanship is between you and the homeowner. We are not a party to that contract.
